Callling All Scientists

Searching for truth is a risky business. Especially for businesses that aren't willing to sacrifice the truth for profits.

When we first considered the purchase of an highly accurate BioMeridian test instrument, it was a little bit scary. Some asked "What will we do if our supplements don't test as well as those from other manufacturers?"

This is a very real concern for supplement manufacturers. Do we really want to know the absolute, unvarnished truth? Will that new knowledge, especially when compared to all other brands, make any of our products obsolete? The answers to these questions have both financial ramifications, as well as huge implications for helping people find either the very best nutritional solution, or just a partial fix.

Without knowing the outcome of our comparative testing ahead of time, we still bravely sailed forth on our voyage of discovery. The test results were positive. Almost all of our products were confirmed to be the most powerfully balancing and healing supplements of their kind.

But it won't always turn out that way. There will be times when every supplement company will have to either improve or discontinue a line in order to remain true to themselves, and to their mission.

Knowing the truth, and defending it, and living up to it -is indeed worth the possible losses to ego and fortune. If we, as nutritional scientists, are not more concerned with truth (including potency, freshness, and efficacy) than with profits or volume -we will end up in the same place as the doctors that give antibiotics to viral patients (even when they know that it only helps combat bacterial infections!) Or we will be as duplicitous as those who give vaccinations to infants less than 6 months (even when they know that they have no immune system that could possibly benefit from immunizations!!)

We can do better than that. True science is the search for the truth. True applied science will make the world a better place for all of God's children.
