pH Balances and The End of Modern Diseases
by Burt Goulding Jr.

What do Heart Disease, Diabetes, Obesity, Cancer, Bacterial Infections, Viral Conditions, Candida, and Parasites have in common? Is the answer so simple that we may miss it?

The human body functions very well when it is balanced.  It fights constantly to maintain that balance.  Both acids and alkaloids are necessary for good health. The acid-base balance of the fluids in the body determines which kinds of organisms will thrive there.  The so-called opportunistic organisms (infectious bacteria, viruses, yeast, fungus, mold, and parasites) have been shown to flourish in the body when it is in an acid state (ie. fasting Saliva pH <7.0)

While the blood stays in a very narrow pH range to keep us alive, the clear body fluids (which include the lymph fluids and other fluids that surround the cells and cushion the organs) can experience a wide range of pH states without causing immediate death.  However long-term internal exposure to pH extremes in our bodily clear fluids seems to lead to an early demise from modern diseases.

Summary: An Acid State <7.0 pH is bad, Extreme Alkaline State >8.5 is worse, maintaining saliva pH range of 7.1-7.5 allows the body to heal.
